At The Dice Box, we want everyone to enjoy their time in our lounges. This page explains how visiting works and what we ask from our guests so that the space remains welcoming, relaxed and enjoyable for all.
The Dice Box is a shared social space designed for playing, building, eating and spending time together. We welcome families, groups, couples and solo visitors of all ages and experience levels.
We ask all guests to be considerate of others using the space and to treat our team with respect at all times.
Children are very welcome at The Dice Box.
We ask that children remain under the supervision of their accompanying adults at all times. This includes during play, building sessions and while moving around the lounge.
Our games, bricks and furnishings are shared resources, and we rely on adults to help ensure they are treated with care.
Our board games and brick libraries are provided for everyone to enjoy.
We ask that games, bricks and components are handled carefully and returned complete at the end of your visit. If something is damaged or missing, please let a member of the team know as soon as possible.
We understand accidents happen and appreciate honesty so we can keep everything in good condition for future visitors.
Food and drinks purchased at The Dice Box are designed to be enjoyed alongside games and building.
For food safety and licensing reasons, outside food and drink is not permitted unless agreed in advance with the team. This may include specific dietary or medical requirements.
Please help us keep the space clean by using tables responsibly and letting the team know if anything needs attention.
All locations offer bookings and welcome walk-in visits, subject to availability. To avoid disappointment, we always recommend booking.
Table times and pricing vary by location. We ask guests to arrive on time, as late arrivals may reduce your table time during busy periods. Please note that late cancellations or failure to attend your booking may result in a charge being applied.
We aim to maintain a calm, friendly and inclusive environment.
We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave if behaviour negatively impacts other customers or our team. This is always a last resort.
We want The Dice Box to be as welcoming as possible.
Accessibility, space and facilities vary by location. If you have specific needs or questions, please contact your chosen lounge in advance.
From time to time, visiting information may change to reflect operational needs, events or safety requirements. The most up to date information is always available on the relevant lounge page or by speaking to the team directly.
By visiting The Dice Box, you are helping us create a space where people can relax, connect and enjoy time together.
If you have any questions before your visit, please contact your local Dice Box lounge and the team will be happy to help.
